Embodied Integration
This is a space for people who are sensitive, self-aware, and moving through change.
People who feel deeply and want to stay connected to their body while something inside them reorganizes.
How This Work Unfolds
This work is not about fixing or pushing through.
It’s about creating the conditions where your system can reorganize at its own pace.
Sessions often include conversation, attention to the body, subtle tracking of sensation and emotion, and space for what wants to emerge without being forced.
People often come during transitions — when old ways of coping no longer fit, and what’s next hasn’t fully formed yet.
How I work
I’m not interested in rushing people toward insight or resolution.
What matters to me is consent, timing, and staying connected to what’s actually happening in the body.
I tend to ask before intervening, and I respect when someone wants to keep expressing rather than be guided. Often, the most meaningful shifts happen when there’s room to stay with experience instead of trying to move it somewhere.
This work values honesty, pacing, and relationship over performance or quick fixes.
